Neil Partch first started appraising in 1988. Surviving many severe market turns, Landmark Properties always prevailed from honestly and integrity. It was through his dedication and hard work that the business was able to get off the ground and survive to this day. By placing the client's satisfaction as the most valued standard Landmark Properties and Consulting has been able to deliver the results needed. Since then we have been assisting our local southern California families, businesses, and people who come to us for help.

Brad is a young ambitious and hardworking employee of landmark, currently working toward fulfilling the family legacy and continue to expand Landmark Properties and Consulting Inc. While working towards making this a reality he has received some of the finest guidance in the industry from his father Neil Partch.
